Mike Downing FRICS IRRV (Hons) is a Chartered Surveyor who has worked in the South East  for over forty five years undertaking general professional work. Based on the south coast but covering London and the South East, he specialises in quinquennial surveys on churches and church housing. Now semi-retired he is no longer undertaking residential surveys for private purchasers.
